MAHESH FOUNDATION YOUTH WING
WHERE PASSION MEETS PURPOSE
Mahesh Foundation Youth Wing is the dynamic youth arm of Mahesh Foundation, created to bring together young members who wish to contribute meaningfully to community development. It works closely with Mahesh Foundation to support its existing initiatives while also encouraging fresh ideas, leadership, innovation and active participation among the younger generation.
The Youth Wing aims to empower young members to become catalysts for positive change by embracing holistic well-being, cultural heritage and social progress. Its mission is to nurture a vibrant community of young leaders dedicated to health, wealth, education, entertainment, self-development and cultural enrichment.
WHAT IS MAHESH FOUNDATION YOUTH WING?
Mahesh Foundation Youth Wing is a platform for the youth of the Mahesh Foundation community to connect, collaborate, learn and serve. It provides young members an opportunity to participate in meaningful social initiatives, contribute to community welfare and take leadership in programs that create long-term impact.
Every member of the Youth Wing is united by a common purpose: to bring positive transformation to the community and help create a brighter future for the next generation.
WHO CAN BE A PART OF IT?
Any new member who is 40 years of age or below can request to become a member of Mahesh Foundation Youth Wing, subject to the prescribed process, screening and approval.
The Youth Wing welcomes individuals who are passionate about social service, community development, cultural values, personal growth and active participation in Mahesh Foundation’s initiatives.
TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP
1. Ordinary Membership
An individual can become an Ordinary Member of Mahesh Foundation Youth Wing by reaching out to any of the following:
- Mahesh Foundation Parent Executive Body members
- Mahesh Foundation Youth Wing Executive Body members
- Existing Life Members of Mahesh Foundation
The applicant’s candidature will be proposed to the Screening Committee. Based on the approval of the Screening Committee and payment of a yearly subscription fee of ₹3,100, the applicant can become an Ordinary Member of the Youth Wing.
2. Life Membership
An Ordinary Member may be considered for Life Membership after completing 5 years of ordinary membership, based on their active participation and impactful contribution to the cause of Mahesh Foundation.
Life Membership is intended to recognise members who have consistently contributed to the Youth Wing’s activities, demonstrated commitment to community service and helped strengthen the objectives of Mahesh Foundation.
How can you be a part of it?
Interested individuals can express their interest by contacting any Mahesh Foundation Parent Executive Body member, Mahesh Foundation Youth Wing Executive Body member or any existing Life Member.
The member’s application will then be proposed to the Screening Committee. Once approved, the applicant can complete the membership formalities by paying the annual subscription fee of ₹3,100 and become an ordinary Member of Mahesh Foundation Youth Wing.
Members are encouraged to participate actively in Youth Wing programs, take initiative, support fellow members and contribute positively to the broader objectives of Mahesh Foundation.
Activities conducted by the Youth Wing
The Youth Wing conducts programs and activities across six key pillars:
- Health
- Wealth
- Education
- Culture
- Self-Development
- Entertainment
These programs are planned to be conducted once every two months, giving members regular opportunities to engage, learn, network and contribute.
The activities are designed to be self-sustaining and may be supported through sponsorships raised for individual events or programs. Each program may have project conveners responsible for defining objectives, identifying beneficiaries and executing the program in line with the principles of Mahesh Foundation.
Through these initiatives, the Youth Wing encourages members to embrace diversity, act with integrity, participate actively, support one another, stay connected and promote positive change within the community.
